My Role

Project manager and lead designer.

  • Core stealth loop. Detection cones, noise propagation, distraction, cover rules.
  • Guard AI across patrol, suspicion, and pursuit states.
  • Progression. Each level introduced one new tool against a stable rule set.
  • UI and HUD, including the detection-state grammar.
  • Team coordination across art, programming, design, and UI under a hard deadline.

Shipped on itch.io by the jam deadline. Playable end-to-end.
